Review Your Selected Product

For products clearly described as mixed assortments, contents and condition may vary as disclosed. Specific promises made for your purchase must still be honored, and applicable consumer rights remain available.

Important Purchase Information

01

Product Details

Review the selected option, stated condition, and any features that may vary.

02

Price and Delivery

Check charges, processing time, and delivery estimates before paying.

03

Returns and Help

Our refund policy explains return options and remedies for order problems.

04

Your Information

Our privacy policy explains data handling and available privacy choices.

01

Overview

These Terms of Service apply to visiting and using this store and buying directly from liqcrates. “liqcrates,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the store. “You” refers to the visitor or customer.

Please review these terms, the selected product information, and the linked store policies before submitting an order. Specific commitments made for your purchase and mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

Questions about these terms can be sent to service@rtuenpalt.com.

02

Eligibility and Responsible Use

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. Use a payment method that you are authorized to use.

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering or requesting support. A store purchase does not authorize an unlawful use or resale of a product.

Check any product-specific age restrictions, instructions, and safety warnings. An adult purchase requirement does not replace our responsibilities for product safety or accurate descriptions.

03

Merchandise Condition

For products described as mixed liquidation assortments, inventory may include customer returns, open-box goods, overstock, shelf pulls, previously handled goods, or incomplete and untested items, as disclosed on the relevant product page.

Disclosed conditions may include packaging wear, cosmetic damage, missing accessories, or functional defects. Do not assume an item is new, complete, or individually tested unless the listing states this.

A specific promise about condition, testing, completeness, safety, or functionality must be honored. General assortment disclosures do not excuse an incorrect description, an undisclosed defect where disclosure is required, or a failure to meet an applicable legal standard.

04

Product Assortments and Box Options

Review the description of your selected option for the assortment, quantity, size, and other features being offered. For a clearly described variable assortment, exact brands, models, colors, and contents may differ between orders.

A higher-priced option does not, by itself, promise a particular product, fixed item count, minimum value, or resale return. Any specific quantity, category, or other feature promised for that option remains part of the purchase.

Warehouse or source-batch imagery does not mean an entire warehouse lot or pallet is included. The listing must make clear what the customer is purchasing; these terms do not override that description.

05

Images, Examples, and Value References

Images or videos clearly identified as examples of a variable assortment illustrate possible contents or source inventory. They are not an individual packing list unless described as such.

Images showing the actual product, and specific promises made in a listing or advertisement, are not automatically treated as examples. Representative content must not give a misleading impression of the quantity, condition, or type of goods supplied.

A retail-price comparison or value estimate, if used, must have a reasonable basis and explain what it represents. It is not a promise that used, incomplete, or untested goods can be sold for that amount.

Unless expressly offered, we do not guarantee a minimum resale value, resale demand, marketplace eligibility, or profit. This does not remove any specific value or product commitment made for your purchase.

06

Brands and Affiliations

A reference to a manufacturer, retailer, or product brand is used to identify relevant merchandise or context. It does not, by itself, establish an endorsement, sponsorship, authorized-dealer relationship, or manufacturer warranty.

Any statement about a sourcing relationship or authorization must be accurate. The presence of a branded item in an example does not promise its inclusion in every variable assortment.

Whether a separate manufacturer warranty applies depends on that warranty’s terms and applicable law. It does not replace our own responsibilities as the seller.

07

Prices, Orders, and Availability

Check the currency, item price, discounts, delivery charge, and any applicable taxes or other charges before paying. A price or description change for a future purchase does not change an existing order without a lawful agreement.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. Please provide accurate order and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Payment authorization alone does not confirm acceptance. We accept an order when the required payment authorization has been obtained and we send an order confirmation confirming acceptance. A message that only acknowledges receipt will be identified as an acknowledgment.

If an availability issue, payment problem, genuine listing error, suspected unauthorized transaction, or legal restriction affects your order, we will explain the issue and the available next steps. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Any refusal or cancellation must be consistent with the contract and applicable law. If an order is canceled and payment has been collected, any amount due back will be refunded promptly; an unused authorization will be released through the payment provider’s process.

08

Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

The Shipping & Delivery Policy explains processing estimates, transit estimates, available services, and charges. Any more specific delivery commitment made for your order also applies.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. An estimated arrival window does not permit an unlimited delay or remove our delivery obligations.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the required notice, explain the revised estimate if known, and offer the applicable choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. Where delay consent is required and not obtained, the unshipped order will be canceled and the payment due refunded promptly.

Contact us if delivery is overdue or tracking is unclear. Your applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available during a carrier or customs delay.

09

Delivery Details and Returned Parcels

Please check your street address, unit number, postal code, and contact details before paying, and follow genuine carrier instructions about collection or redelivery.

If delivery fails, a parcel is refused, or a shipment is returned to sender, contact us so we can review the reason and the available options. This does not automatically forfeit your payment.

Any proposed redelivery charge or deduction must be explained, reflect an applicable lawful cost, and take account of who caused the issue. You are not responsible for an addressing or fulfillment error made by us.

10

Inspection and Order Problems

Tell us about a problem as soon as you reasonably can. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase, a short description, and relevant photos if available.

You can contact us even if some details are missing. We may request information reasonably needed to identify the order and understand the issue. An unboxing video, original packaging, or a complete set of photographs is not an automatic condition of a remedy.

There is no store-wide seven-day cutoff for reporting all problems. Any applicable legal reporting, cancellation, or remedy deadline still applies, including rights relating to defects discovered later.

If tracking says “delivered” but you have not received the order, contact us. That scan does not automatically settle a dispute about receipt. A carrier investigation does not suspend a legal deadline or make a remedy depend on the carrier reimbursing us.

11

Returns and Refunds

The Return & Refund Policy explains return eligibility, statutory withdrawal rights, costs, and remedies. Review it together with any return offer made for the product.

We do not offer a general voluntary change-of-mind return period beyond the offers expressly provided for your purchase and the rights required by law. A discretionary exception, if agreed, will be confirmed in writing.

A mixed-assortment or final-sale description does not remove an applicable right concerning faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, incorrect, or undelivered goods, or a statutory right to cancel or withdraw.

Contact us for the correct return destination and any necessary handling instructions. If you are exercising a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, your timely notice does not depend on our prior approval.

Return costs, original delivery charges, and refund timing follow the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, incorrect, damaged-on-arrival, or misdescribed goods where we are responsible.

Refunds are issued when due, normally to the original payment method. We will not require store credit or a partial refund instead of a monetary refund to which you are entitled. An alternative resolution requires your agreement.

12

Order Changes and Cancellations

Email us promptly if you need to cancel an order or correct an address or selected option. Whether a requested operational change is possible depends on the order’s status.

We may be unable to alter a parcel already in transit. Allocation, processing, or packing does not, by itself, remove a cancellation or withdrawal right provided by law.

If an order has shipped, we can explain the applicable return process. Any cancellation charge must have a lawful basis and must not remove a right to cancel without charge.

13

Billing, Verification, and Payment Disputes

Provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. If a transaction raises a reasonable concern about unauthorized payment or incorrect details, we may request information proportionate to verifying the order.

We will explain a verification issue affecting fulfillment and the available next steps. Verification does not permit an indefinite hold or remove a cancellation or refund right. Do not email a full payment-card number, security code, or account password.

You are welcome to contact us directly so we can try to resolve a problem. This is not a condition of exercising rights with a payment provider, card issuer, consumer authority, or court.

We do not require you to withdraw a payment dispute before we investigate a complaint or acknowledge a refund entitlement. Where a dispute is open, we may coordinate with the provider so the outcome is recorded correctly and the same payment is not refunded twice.

Relevant and accurate order, communication, and delivery records may be provided through the provider’s dispute process, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14

Safe Use and Any Subsequent Resale

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings that apply to each item. Do not use a product that appears damaged or unsafe; contact us about a safety concern.

If you choose to resell goods, you are responsible for your own accurate listings and the legal obligations that apply to that resale, including any necessary testing, safety checks, and disclosures.

These responsibilities do not transfer our obligations as the original seller to you, excuse an inaccurate description, or exclude a consumer guarantee or safety obligation that applies to us.

15

Prohibited Uses and Access Restrictions

You must not use the store to:

  • Carry out fraud or knowingly use another person’s payment method without authorization.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or unlawfully collect another customer’s personal data.
  • Transmit malicious code, bypass access controls, or deliberately disrupt the website.
  • Threaten or unlawfully harass customers or staff.
  • Falsely claim an affiliation with liqcrates or another business.

We may take proportionate steps to restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security concern, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about the restriction.

An access restriction does not automatically cancel an accepted order, forfeit a payment, or remove a right to support, a refund, or another remedy. Honest reviews, legitimate complaints, and lawful payment disputes are not prohibited uses.

16

Intellectual Property and Customer Content

Store text, graphics, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to liqcrates or their respective owners. Use them only as authorized or as permitted by law, without implying a false affiliation or endorsement.

This does not restrict honest reviews, legally permitted quotation, or other lawful uses. You retain ownership of content you create; any permission to use it must have an appropriate basis. Sending a private support message or order photo does not automatically authorize its use in advertising.

17

Third-Party Services and Links

The store may use payment providers, shipping carriers, tracking services, and other service providers, or link to independent websites. A link alone does not imply an endorsement or affiliation.

Review the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information when using an independent service. We do not control every external website or service, but their involvement does not remove our own contractual, privacy, delivery, or other legal responsibilities.

For a problem with an order placed with liqcrates, you may contact us directly. Your remedy does not depend on a supplier, carrier, or other provider first reimbursing us.

18

Website Availability and Product Commitments

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of a technical problem. Contact us if an error prevents you from accessing order information or requesting assistance.

For a clearly described variable assortment, the selected listing explains what is promised and what may vary. Do not assume goods are new, complete, or individually tested unless the listing says so.

Neither a website interruption nor an “as is” or “untested” description removes a specific product commitment or a warranty, consumer guarantee, safety obligation, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

19

Responsibility and Legal Remedies

Our responsibility for a failure to meet the contract, misleading information, defective goods, or other loss is determined by the facts and applicable law.

We do not use these terms to exclude responsibility for fraud, a liability for death or personal injury that cannot legally be excluded, or any other non-excludable obligation. Nothing here removes a right to a repair, replacement, refund, or compensation provided by applicable law.

The absence of a resale-profit guarantee is a description of the offer; it is not a waiver of our responsibility for what we sell or represent.

20

Privacy and Account Security

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to make a privacy request. Agreeing to purchase terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking.

If you use a store account, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. This does not make you automatically responsible for every unauthorized transaction or relieve us of our own security obligations.

For a privacy question or request, contact service@rtuenpalt.com. You do not need to have placed an order to ask a privacy question or exercise an applicable privacy right.

21

Applicable Law and Complaints

The laws applicable to your purchase determine the parties’ rights and responsibilities, including any mandatory consumer protections available where you live. These terms do not require you to waive access to a court or authority available under those laws.

You are welcome to contact liqcrates to discuss a concern. Doing so is not a condition of contacting a payment provider, consumer authority, or court, and does not extend their filing deadlines.

22

Related Policies and Severability

Read these terms together with the product information, the Return & Refund Policy, the Shipping & Delivery Policy, and the Privacy Policy. A general policy statement does not remove a specific product commitment or mandatory legal right.

Any additional purchase terms made available for your order should be read consistently with those commitments. These terms do not erase a specific promise in a listing, advertisement, or order agreement.

If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it will not be applied to the extent it is invalid. The remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.

23

Changes to These Terms

The revision date above identifies this version. Changes apply prospectively when published and do not retroactively remove a product promise, agreed price, delivery commitment, or right attached to an existing order.

Where notice or consent is required for a change to an ongoing service, we will provide the required notice and obtain that consent. Merely viewing the website after an update is not treated as consent to remove an existing right.

Questions about this version can be sent to service@rtuenpalt.com.
