Packaging may have been opened, replaced, marked, damaged, or removed.
Previously handled
May show cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, previous use, or handling.
Incomplete or untested
Components may be missing. Items can require testing, cleaning, repair, parts, or disposal.
Functionality is not guaranteed. Unless the selected option expressly states otherwise, do not assume every item has been individually tested or includes original packaging, manuals, cables, batteries, or accessories.

- United States: estimated carrier transit of 10–16 business days after processing.
- International: estimated carrier transit of 15–20 business days after processing.
- Tracking may take several business days to display its first carrier scan.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier schedules, customs, weather, peak periods, address issues, and remote destinations can cause delays.

Is this a wooden liquidation pallet?
No. Warehouse photos show source batches. Customer orders are prepared for parcel shipment; wooden pallets and warehouse bins are not included.
Can I request a particular product or brand?
No specific product, brand, or model can be promised unless expressly stated in the selected option.
Are all items new, complete, and working?
No. Merchandise can be open-box, previously handled, incomplete, used, untested, defective, or non-functional.
What if there is a delivery or order problem?
Contact customer support with your order number, shipping label, clear photos of the parcel and merchandise, and a description of the issue. Non-delivery, transit damage, an incorrect order, or merchandise materially different from this description is reviewed under the published Refund Policy. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
